Jessica brings considerable operational and financial experience to digital media companies. She is currently a senior executive at LinkedIn. Previously, Jessica led the Digital and Technology practice at DeSilva+Phillips, a middle-market investment bank based in NYC that focuses exclusively on the media, technology, marketing services, information and education sectors. As a D+P partner she has led and worked on dozens of M&A advisory deals including the sale of Banyan Branch to Deloitte, WDA to [x+1], FranchiseGator on behalf of Microsoft to Landmark Interactive, and UCompare healthcare on behalf of the New York Times Company. Bruce brings considerable experience in the Financial Services industry with particularly deep operating and managerial experience within the insurance area. Bruce was the CEO of Eastern Insurance Holding Company from 1997 to 2011 and was the founder of its predecessor company in 1987. Eastern Insurance became a NASDAQ listed company in 2006 in connection with its merger and conversion of of Educators Mutual Life Insurance Company. During his tenure as founder and CEO, Bruce oversaw a multi-state marketing expansion and managed a myriad of initiatives focused on workers’ compensation, environmental reinsurance and captive insurance services.
