Lori is responsible for a wide array of legal matters encompassing company formation, investment transaction to strategic exits. Lori is a leading practictioner in the venture capital and technology area. She has built a career of advising entrepreneurs and investors on how to build successful businesses and strategically guides them through the emerging, later stages and exits of their companies. Among the many successful New York startups she has counseled are Right Media Inc.m Perceptive Pixel and Mojiva. Janny evaluates direct capital investments and is responsible for the development and execution of current projects. She works closely with the development of Redbadge’s portfolio of companies and brings a passion for growing companies while providing strategic advice to entrepreneurs. In addition, she spearheads Redbadge’s growth efforts and is responsible for strengthening relationships across the financial and entrepreneurial communities. In 2015, Janny co-founded Redbadge’s first regional office in Seoul, Korea. Bob has been an entrepreneur and active investor of dynamic businesses across a wide range of industries for over 30 years. Bob’s founded his first business in college, along with his brother Chris – Eagle’s Eye, a manufacturer and retailer of women’s and children’s sportswear. Within a decade’s time, the company expanded a national distribution footprint which included more than 50 of its own retail stores. Eagle’s Eye was acquired by Swire Group where for the next ten years, the company grew to over $100 million in sales. After the sale of Eagle’s Eye, Bob continued to become a significant participant in the entrepreneurial community having launched and invested in several companies and funds. Notable investments have included companies such as Jawbone, Color Kinetics (acquired by Philips for $791 million), Voss Water, Cosi, Perimeter, Eastern Alliance Insurance and Next Jump.
