Suok Noh

Suok Noh joined Redbadge as a Venture Partner to help build out Redbadge Pacific’s platform in Asia. Previously, Suok spent over 25 years in Goldman Sachs, starting his career in the Mortgage Securities Department as a strategist and later as Managing Director overseeing various successful businesses within the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Division, making significant contributions to the firm. After structuring numerous asset-backed securities transactions, he became a founding member of the Asian Special Situation Group (ASSG), which invests in distressed asset-backed receivables and corporate debt. While with ASSG, he led the team that became the first distressed debt investor both in Korea and Thailand. He then returned to New York to build the secondary market trading team for the credit derivatives business. He returned to the Mortgage Department to manage the structuring & analytics team, asset management team, and other trading businesses before retiring from Goldman Sachs in 2016. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Suok was a software engineer for Allied Signal Aerospace, where he led the research and development of digital map display systems for military aircrafts. He holds an B.S. and M.S. in computer science from Stevens Institute of Technology. Michael Blaustein

Michael is focused on the strategic planning, research, and growth of Redbadges’ technology and innovative management investments. Micheal is recently retired from the DuPont Company where he was Director of DuPont Ventures and Planning Director for Science and Technology. He began his DuPont career in developing new product and applications for the Kevlar® and Nomex® aramid fibers businesses. He has held technology, marketing, and business leadership positions in DuPont Nonwovens and DuPont Advanced Fibers Systems as well as the Business Director for DuPont Nonwovens (Tyvek®) in Europe in 1997. In 2001 he became Planning Director for DuPont Central Research and Development and in 2006 he added Dupont’s venture capital investments to his responsibilities. Jonathan C. Kim

Jonathan C. Kim is a Founding Member and Managing Partner of Redbadge Pacific, the Asia-Pacific office of Redbadge. He is involved in all areas of the business with a particular emphasis on strategic relationships and investments. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of the platform and its investment activities. Jonathan was formerly the Founding Principal of Miya Capital, a multi-family investment platform that focuses on Real Estate and Venture Capital Investments in the U.S. and South East Asia. Before founding Miya Capital, Jonathan was on the Acquisitions team at Hersha Hospitality Trust, a self-advised Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on NASDAQ. Prior to Hersha, he consulted and appraised hospitality real estate for HVS Global Hospitality Services based in New York. Jonathan received his B.S. from New York University and currently serves on NYU’s Board of Trustees as a Young Alumni Trustee and President’s Global Council. William Collins, PE

Bill brings significant experience in the the consumer construction and housing industry from roles ranging from project engineer to entrepreneur to corporate executive. He is a founding member of both The Center for Environmental Innovation in Roofing and The Roofing Alliance for Progress that focus on sustainable solar roofing guidelines, training and construction integration across North America. Bill most recently served as President and CEO of GAF Materials Corporation—one of the largest building products companies in North America. Previously, he held various senior management positions at Berger Building Products and Atlantic Richfield. Prior to these positions, Bill spent nine years in the U.S. Navy and as an officer in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps focused on construction management, public works and energy conservation programs. In the mid-2000s, Bill served as SVP for Habitat for Humanity International and co-led “Operation Home Delivery” that helped volunteers build over 1,000 new homes in the 18 months following Katrina and Rita along the ravaged Gulf Coast. Bill is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in Marine Engineering and of MIT with a MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
