Lori is responsible for a wide array of legal matters encompassing company formation, investment transaction to strategic exits.
Lori is a leading practictioner in the venture capital and technology area. She has built a career of advising entrepreneurs and investors on how to build successful businesses and strategically guides them through the emerging, later stages and exits of their companies. Among the many successful New York startups she has counseled are Right Media Inc.m Perceptive Pixel and Mojiva. As a lawyer and mentor, Lori has intimate knowledge of the technology, media, mobile, energy, e-commerce and consumer industries. Lori is a frequent speaker and media resource on entrepreneurialism. She currently mentors 37 Angels and chairs the NYC Chapter of the MIT Enterprise Forum that organizes entrepreneurial opportunities for New York City high school girls. NYC start-up news blog, AlleyWatch, recently named Lori one of the “20 Awesome People in the New York Tech Scene You Need to Know About.”
Lori attended New York University School of Law, where she received a JD and LLM in Taxation. She is the co-founder of IMG Labs, a new innovation incubator and a co-founder of a mobile advertising company called Mojiva Inc.
